Bok Choy

Adding bok choy to my diet has been one of my happiest findings. Thankful for my Facebook Salicylate group for sharing that it is one of my safe foods. It is my substitute for turnip greens with the chopped turnips in them. I can still eat fried catfish, but for weight loss I am teaming it with baked salmon and fresh sliced tomatoes (I can eat certain varieties of tomatoes fresh and not cooked).
