Pancakes in the skillet! |
Pancakes are a great weekend treat. I really don't have time other mornings. On the weekend in Phase 3 of my diet, I can add butter!
Recipe:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 TBS butter, melted
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/ 4 cup spelt flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix well. Add to spoonfuls to greased skillet. Flip as needed.
