I love the texture of lentils. I also love salmon. The lentils were purchased precooked from Trader Joe's. The salmon patty came from there too, but uncooked and frozen. I just pan seared it. This post is mainly a reminder to make your food beautiful. I find that really helps with my intolerances. I hate asparagus! However, if I break it into pieces and make it look like green beans - it taste better! The tomatoes add bright color. Kimchi added for some probiotics that are great for keeping the gut strong.
